The Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AiMA) Marketing Automation SIG- Mapping the Customer Journey
When: Wednesday, May 08 2013, 11:30am - 1:30pm
Where: The Atlanta Tech Village
Details: The Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AiMA) now has a Marketing Automation Special Interest Group (SIG) and is kicking off their first meeting next Wednesday. Micky Long, VP of Lead Nurturing at Arketi Group, and Kevin O'Malley, CMO of Preparis and Co-Founder of B2BCamp, will talk about mapping the customer journey. They will cover techniques on how to identify your customers lifecycle, how to map your marketing to the customer journey, and how to increase your company's relevance by using automation.
A strong lead management process requires B2B marketing professionals to respond to each prospect within the buying process. Marketing automation software is key in that process, and to ensure that your marketing efforts are targeting customers and prospects with the right messages at the right time.
I will be at each of the events and hope to meet some of you there.
