Wow, what an action-packed week in New Orleans! If you attended DrupalCon this year, we hope you had a great time and are making a full recovery. Our team will be sharing their favorite sessions and what they've learned in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
A Recap from the Mediacurrent Crew
This year, we brought the largest cross-section of our team yet - 30 members in total! With the Mediacurrent team being distributed throughout 20+ different states, it's always exciting to be able to get together, especially when celebrating Drupal (and great food).
Spreading the Drupal Deats
Mediacurrent team members presented 4 sessions and 2 BOFs this year. In case you missed it, here are the session recordings:
Understanding the Critical Metrics for Your Drupal Business with Dave Terry
Next-level Drupal: Applied Progressive Decoupling with Javascript with Matt Davis
Connecting the Silos: Site Building Tools to Solve Common University Needs with Jeff Diecks
Theme-Driven Development Launches Travelport onto Drupal with Jeff Diecks, Allan Paquette, Matt Smith, Derek Reese and Shellie Hutchens
After-Party Awesomeness
Our third consecutive after-party with Lingotek was a huge success! We want to thank the 650 people who came out and helped us put a small dent in the 900 pounds of crawfish.
And the photo booth certainly didn't go unnoticed. Check out the full photo album here.
Final Thoughts
It's safe to say that DrupalCon 2016 didn't disappoint. Our team had a blast celebrating all things Drupal and can't wait to share their experiences, so there will be more to come. Also, a huge congrats to our Apple Watch giveaway winner, Tom Nelson of J Walter Thompson Company! We hope your wrist forever arrives in style. Finally, in case you haven't heard the news yet, we hope to see you in Baltimore for DrupalCon 2017!
