Mediacurrent's Design and Strategy Work Showcased in W3 Awards

Mediacurrent's W³ Website Award trophy shelf is growing!

We're proud to announce that we've scooped up four awards in the past two years for our development, design, and strategy work. Judged annually by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, the W³ Awards honors excellence on the web and recognizes the creative and marketing professionals behind award-winning websites. 

Below are the award winners:

Silver Award - guardiandirect.com (Insurance Web Design)

To carve a market niche for Guardian's new direct to consumer insurance brand, we created an interactive design with a reimagined content strategy. The new site makes a splash against both well-established and newer millennial-focused brands. The new design was recognized with silver W³  awards in the 'Homepage Website Features' and 'Insurance' categories. Gold Award - travelport.com (Structure and Navigation)

Silver Award - careaction.org (Activism Website Design)

Our design layout mixes high-impact images and short videos for emotional appeal. To be sure the design speaks to activists and skeptics alike, we created targeted user personas. See how Mediacurrent designed a new website to drive membership and donations in the CARE Action! case study.

Meet team member, Tara Arnold

In her role as Senior Marketing Content Strategist, Tara drives the creation of resources to promote Mediacurrent as a thought leader in the technology space. She thrives on the small business imperative to work smart through strategic marketing automation, digital marketing, and creative brand building.

Prior to joining Mediacurrent, Tara spent five years sharpening her inbound marketing skills in the higher education technology and publishing industries. Her specialties include inbound marketing, event marketing, webinars, blogging, and marketing automation. She holds a BA in Communications (Public Relations focus) and minored in creative writing.
