Drupalcamp Atlanta 2013 is now open for registration! We will be back at the spectacular Cobb Galleria Centre on Saturday, October 19th, 2013. As a completely volunteer led initiative, we want to educate people about Drupal and further evangelize Drupal within our geographic region.
New this year: job fair for employers and job seekers, expert round-tables, increased space for more sessions, pre-camp training, a product/demo room, and an awesome after-party.
Additionally, we will have a Drupal 8 themed code sprint on Sunday, October 20th, 2013.
Atlanta's own David Cummings, recently named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, will be our keynote speaker. After selling Pardot, a marketing automation company in December 2012 to Exact Target, David's newest project is the highly ambitious Atlanta Tech Village (ATV). David's vision is for Atlanta to be the next Silicon Valley.
This year the event will be $35/person for an all-day conference badge that includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks. For an extra $25 you can become an individual sponsor, and we will provide you with an official t-shirt and recognition on the DCA website. Thank you to the organizations that have already signed on to sponsor the event. There are many sponsorship opportunities still available. Mediacurrent is a proud Platinum sponsor, and has donated hundreds of hours to assist with the website, logistics, planning, and marketing.
The window to submit sessions is now open and will close on Sunday, September 29th, 2013. Make sure you submit your session early to gain feedback and exposure.
Due to venue constraints we are capping attendance, and last year the event sold out a few weeks in advance. So do not risk getting shutout, and REGISTER NOW!
