Intermedia Outdoors, the world’s leading outdoorsmen publisher, needed to move their flagship online fishing destination, www.in-fisherman.com, from an enterprise-level proprietary platform to Drupal. With requirements ranging from rich media integration to content migration from a Filemaker Pro database, Mediacurrent built several custom modules to handle many of the project-specific features required to launch the website. In addition, the Drupal community’s wide array of contributed modules were leveraged and extended to create features such as auto-scheduled publishing, solunar calendar, and video CDN integration.
