• Must see the "big picture" of a Drupal project and have a well-rounded web skill set
• 4-year degree in graphic design or related field
• Ability to turn a client's visual elements and verbal descriptions into elegant mock-ups
• Convert design templates and PSDs into launch-ready, valid HTML/CSS
• Extremely familiar with usability best practices and concepts
• Proven 2+ year track record of working on Drupal sites and themes
• Proficient writing skills and the ability to draft site architecture documentation like wireframes and site-maps
• Interested and engaged in social media and advertising, and willing to help generate internal company marketing collateral
• Familiarity with SVN and basic Drupal module development principles
• Knowledgeable of Drupal-adjunct technologies such as the LAMP platform, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery/JavaScript
• Must be ambitious and passionate about Drupal community involvement and open-source
• Amenable to occasional travel to a customer site or speaking at a conference
